Prestige has now become a hosting site for TERROR TRONIC Apparel. Another amazing design company that has been hard at work creating some amazing designs for some equally amazing IPs. All Terror Tronic shirts will be printed and shipped through Prestige Merch Supply and our printing subsidiaries. Terror Tronic's designs will go live along with new Prestige Apparel drops in tandem. they won't always be available so please keep an eye on our Instagram account for updates on new releases.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS:
Unfortunately, International shipping costs have gone through the roof. And since all of our products ship out of the US, it costs us an average of $25 per shirt to ship out of the country. So I've set International Shipping to $20 for a single shirt and $15 for multiple shirts. We're still losing profit doing it this way, but I want to try and keep the products as affordable as possible given the shipping costs. We are currently seeking out an international printing partner to help mitigate those costs.

All of our shirt designs are custom-made by me or in collaboration with another artist. They are exclusive to the Prestige Apparel web store and our RedBubble page. If you see our designs anywhere else online, they have been stolen. Feel free to report stolen art here at [email protected]
What blanks do you print on?
Most of our products will be printed on Gildan Hammer, now and again we may print on Comfort Colors or another brand of equal quality.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are generally processed within ten to twenty-one (10-21) business days but may take up to thirty (30) business days to be delivered. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. However, some orders will take longer to ship off due to the nationwide shortage of shirt blanks. Please see the section on this topic.
General Shipping:
We have moved exclusively to Pre Order drops, which makes the shipping take a little longer, but the quality is well worth it. On average your order should ship 4 weeks or sooner after pre-orders close. Pre-order closing dates are in the item descriptions.
Combined Shipping on Orders:
We do not combine shipping, period. All items will be shipped in separate bags.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
At this time we do not offer Exchanges or Refunds. If you feel that your shirt has been lost in the mail or if you've received the wrong design or shirt size, please email us photos and a description of the issue, and we will send out a new one. However, we will only accept a return if the shirt hasn't been washed or worn, ONLY IN THE CASE THAT THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTED OR INCORRECTLY SIZED. Please double-check your size before you check out!
Can I cancel my order after I've made it?
After the order has been placed, you have a 24-hour window where you will be able to change the order address or shirt size through email. (Before the printing process starts) However, we do not cancel pre-orders under any circumstances. These are made-to-order items, and made specifically for you. They are not able to be resold because each shirt is printed specifically for each order.
Printing Process:
Unless otherwise stated, our shirts are printed using the DTG method. However, they are printed with a top-of-the-line machine and will render a much higher quality print than your average DTG machine and is comparable to the normal Screen printing process.
